 Summer has started. There are signs of scorching sun in May. It is now 10 o'clock in the morning and there is no condition to put the leg out. In Telugu states, temperatures are recorded between 40 and 45 degrees. There are more chances of getting sunburned in such situations. If you don't take proper measures when you get sunburned, it can sometimes be fatal. 


What are the symptoms of sunburn? Now let's know the precautions to be taken to avoid sunburn.

Symptoms of sunburn

1.A sunburnt person's body temperature rises.


2.Along with vomiting and lethargy, the body becomes dry.


3.Cramps in the muscles and slight swelling in the body.


4.Sweats profusely.


***Do not give water to people who are unconscious due to sunburn. Consult a doctor as soon as possible.


Precautions


1.Drink plenty of fluids i.e. good water, buttermilk, coconut water and fresh juices.


2.Avoid going in the sun between 11 am and 4 pm.


3.Umbrella and hat if you have to go out hould be taken.


4.In summer it is better to wear light colored, light, cotton clothes.


5.That black color dress is more hot understand So, don't wear these.


6.Alcohol dehydrates the body so stay away from alcohol in summer.


7.ORS, coconut water and salted lemon juice should be taken frequently in summer. They replenish the body's lost salts.


8.Cucumbers with high water content, fruits like watermelons, pomegranates and sweet potatoes should be eaten. 


9.It is best for those who exercise to finish before 8 am.
